Mess
You know you’ve got a messy house when a broom simply adds to the problem:

Cute baby! Blocks 98% of clutter from view, and smiles chubby baby smiles while doing so.
(note, side effects may include hiding from mother’s view the 2 year old cutting open a blue gel freezer pack because he thinks it looks like a freezie. Thankfully that 2 year old looked like this cute baby not very long ago, and was spared the wrath of a mother)
